The Board of Directors shall be
comprised of the six (6) officers of the League and one voting delegate
from each organization. The Board shall be empowered to elect officers
of the organization. The Board shall also be empowered to enact the
By-Laws, Rules and Regulations necessary for the accomplishment of the
purposes of the organization and to enable the officers to conduct the
activities of League. An alternate must be named by the end of the
October meeting to serve as a club representative and vote when the
normal representative is not present.
