Bylaws, Rules and Regulations

Northeast Pennsylvania Scholastic Hockey League Bylaws, Rules and Regulations. Revision - September 2007

  1. To develop and encourage sportsmanship between all players for the betterment of the physical and social well being.
  2. To encourage and improve the standard of amateur hockey.
  3. To conduct ice hockey competition is an organized setting.
  4. To associate with other ice hockey associations
  5. To do any and all acts in the furtherance of the foregoing purposes.
